About Us
Victory Outreach West Valley is an extension of Victory Outreach International an inner-city Christian ministry with churches in over 30 countries worldwide. Victory Outreach West Valley is one of four VO churches in the San Fernando Valley.
Since our start in June 2017, we have seen God do some great things! Families are being restored, those struggling with addictions are experiencing freedom for the first time and many are finding a place they can grow in their faith like never before. We know this is only the beginning and we welcome you to come along on this amazing journey with us!

We are a church of restoration, deliverance, a house of worship, and are believing in God for revival in the San Fernando Valley. We would love for you to be a part of what God is doing in our church.
